Sungkai Buffets In Brunei - Dynasty Restaurant

Hello!
So first of all, welcome to my newly created food blog where I will be documenting my food adventures as well as giving my 100% honest critique. I wouldn't call myself a "foodie" per say, but I do enjoy eating! This blog wont only be about food but about several other things which will come to your knowledge at a later date.
Moving on, This blog will be about Dynasty Restaurant. Located in Centrepoint Hotel, Gadong.

Before I post more about the food, I would first off like to make my comment on the staff of the establishment, they were all very welcoming and chatty and all around fun to have tending to us. As most know, my foodie partner and I like to be vocally loud with the help. Which sets us apart from regular people, I'd like to think. Lets move on to the food!

For refreshments they offer FRESH watermelon juice (which we lived off for the two hours we were there) iced milo, bandung and banana bandung. FREE FLOW TOO!

For the appetizer area they had a wide aray of salads and miniature edibles like the fresh prawn salad and chicken salad bites. Even a section just for salads! SUPER DUPERLY FRESH! They even had a seaweed salad and a mango salad!

For the dim-sum section of the evening, there was a free flow of these delicious Cantonese favorites.

Mom seemed to like the hot and sour soup so much so, she even ate my portion! I'm not a big fan of it, but apparently its hard to make so kudos!

For mains, there was Japanese Tofu, Sweet & Sour Fish (fresh fish NOT dory), Fried Carrot Cake, Cantonese Veggies & Chicken AND! These Gigantic Prawns, which tasted so fresh, it was like eating right on the fisherman's boat!

Desserts were even better, Fresh ABC, Sago Melon Cream, Longan and Almond Jelly, Assorted Cakes, Kek Batik, Fresh Fruits, Redbean Pancake Thingy, Assorted Jellies and Panna Cotta (I ate 8 of them, guilty as charged, they were just that good!)

So all in all our experience here was a super plus, plus! it is definitely worth it seeing as dimsum on a regular basis has shot up in price.
